Be a Firebird Festival Vendor

We expect 12,000 attendees at this year's festival. Read below to understand details for the 2024 Festival Village.

Craft Vendors

• $150 for a 10'x10' tabletop booth space and access to generator (you need to provide your own pop-up canopy)

• Proof of liability insurance listing the Phoenixville Jaycees as additionally insured

Food Vendors

• $250 for 10'x10', $150 for each additional 10'x10' space

• Proof of Chester County Health Department Certification, either Annual Mobile or Temporary Day-of (apply with Chester County Health Department 4 to 6 weeks in advance)

Please fill out the form on this page to apply as a handicraft or food vendor for the 2024 Firebird Festival. Once approved as a vendor, you will receive a follow-up email and a link to collect payment.
