Firebird FAQs

Yes! The Courtyard Philadelphia Valley Forge/Collegeville has arranged a discounted rate for the Firebird Festival. You will find the information for this special rate by clicking here. If you have questions about reservations, please do not hesitate to contact the front desk to ask.

Guests are encouraged to book early as possible because weekends can get very busy.

Credit card is required to guarantee reservation but it is not charged until check-in. Hotel check-in time is at 3pm; early check-in is not guaranteed.

You can also contact the hotel directly at 484-974-2600, press 1 for reservations and ask for the Firebird Festival.

Follow Phoenixville street parking rules.

Consider parking in town and walking with the procession, starting at Studio 323.

There will also be bus service provided by the Lazer Limousine who is running the Firebird Express!

• Mill Street Parking Lot - Opposite Root Down - Rules and fees of the Borough apply.

• Holy Ghost Orthodox Church - There will be a suggested donation.

Yes! We the Firebird Express provided by Lazer Limousine will be available from downtown Phoenixville.

Bus service from each location to the Firebird Festival is a complimentary service. Please wait for the buses on the sidewalks in each area. DO NOT WAIT IN THE STREET. Times are not guaranteed but we will do our best to keep the flow and ensure safe and free transportation.

Dayton Street will be closed from 4 pm. Franklin Avenue will also be closed from Fillmore Street. Please obey local parking rules.

The shuttles will run from 4:oo pm to 11:00 pm.

Yes there will be limited handicap parking spots available on Dayton Street.

Please note you must show your handicap placard to police and security. Also, while parking is available the field itself is not fully accessible. There is NOT a paved path to the bird or around the Festival Village.
