Firebird Festival Vendor Application Form

Please read all the information on this page carefully to understand how to participate as a vendor in the Phoenixville Firebird Festival Village. After you submit the form, the organizers will review all applications and contact selected vendors directly.

The Festival date is 13 December 2025. Festival organizers will work with each vendor to designate a specific arrival time. Vendors will be allowed to pack up and leave once the fire marshall deems it safe. Plan on being at the Festival around noon (exact times TBD) and departing around 11:00 pm (exact times TBD). The Festival will open for spectators at 4:00 pm on the 13th.

Craft Vendors
  • $150 for a 10'x10' tabletop booth space and access to generator (you need to provide your own pop-up canopy).

  • Proof of liability insurance listing the Phoenixville Jaycees (8 Gay Street, Phoenixville PA 19460) as additionally insured.

 
Food Vendors
  • $250 for 10'x10', $150 for each additional 10'x10' space.

  • Proof of Chester County Health Department Certification, either Annual Mobile or Temporary Day-of (apply with Chester County Health Department 4 to 6 weeks in advance).

  • Proof of liability insurance listing the Phoenixville Jaycees (8 Gay Street, Phoenixville PA 19460) as additionally insured.

Fill out the form on this page to apply as a handicraft or food vendor for the 2025 Firebird Festival. Once approved as a vendor, you will receive a follow-up email and a link to collect payment.
