Firebird Festival Vendor Application Form
Please read all the information on this page carefully to understand how to participate as a vendor in the Phoenixville Firebird Festival Village.
After you submit the form, the organizers will review all applications and contact selected vendors directly.
The Festival date is 12 December 2026. Festival organizers will work with each vendor to designate a specific arrival time. Vendors will be allowed to pack up and leave once the fire marshal deems it safe. Plan on being at the Festival around noon (exact times TBD) and departing around 11:00 pm (exact times TBD). The Festival will open for spectators at 3:00 pm on the 12th.
Craft Vendors

$175 for a 10'x10' tabletop booth space and access to generator (you need to provide your own pop-up canopy). Cost will be $350 if you want a 10' x 20' tabletop booth space.

Proof of liability insurance listing the Phoenixville Jaycees (8 Gay Street, Phoenixville PA 19460) as additionally insured. The form below allows you to upload this if you have it at time of application. If you DO NOT have this at the time of application, know you will need to provide it upon acceptance as a vendor.
Food Vendors

$250 for 10'x10', $175 for each additional 10'x10' space.

Proof of Chester County Health Department Certification, either Annual Mobile or Temporary Day-of (apply with Chester County Health Department 4 to 6 weeks in advance). The form below allows you to upload this if you have it at time of application. If you DO NOT have this at the time of application, know you will need to provide it upon acceptance as a vendor.

Fill out the form on this page to apply as a handicraft or food vendor for the 2026 Firebird Festival. Once approved as a vendor, you will receive a follow-up email and a link to collect payment.
